BYRON and STEFANIE VOGT HORVATH. DAVE and SANDRA HORVATH. RAYMORE SASKATCHEWAN INVESTIGATION INTO CLAIMS OF CHILD TRAFFICKING CHILD ABUSE and DFSA: DRUG FACILITATED SEXUAL ASSAULT

This website is a collective multipartner collaborative effort of people close to the sources of alarming connections between Byron and Stefanie Horvath, Dave and Sandra Horvath, Haley Winter, Brian Winter, Donna Winter, Terry and Sandra Fazakas, Drew Brady and Amanda Dawn Martin (nee Amanda Brady). What began as a mysterious disconnected puzzle has rapidly developed into a more unified story pointing to what appears to be disturbing planned coordinated activities involving many children, descriptions of drug use and trafficking with Byron Horvath and Cameron Irwin and many others who have and are being trafficked. This is about BYRON HORVATH CAMERON AND JEREMY AMONG OTHERS IN HIS GROUP OF FRAT BOYS WHO ARE ALLEGED TO BE DEEPLY INVOLVED IN DRUG FACILITATATED SEXUAL ASSAULT AGAINST MANY WOMEN AND CHILDREN, WITH DAVE HORVATH BEING THE KEY FACILITATOR.

Some questions still remain but the efforts of many coming together to share what they know, is forming a more clear picture of what is actually going on in the Horvath circle of control, hush money paid by Dave Horvath to keep his secrets and those of his son, quiet.

We have been watching from far behind the scene and the screens. Researching. What is going on in Raymore, Weyburn and Regina involves a deeper look than what appears only on the surface. What was believed to be an isolated case of an abused child, Isla Horvath, by her biological father Byron Horvath whose biological mother Haley Winter disclosed over a period of years to an online divorce group and Signal chat and shared with hundreds of women in a Facebook group. But as it turns there is much more behind the curtain on this dark rabbit hole.

THE EVIDENCE REVIEWED BEGAN WITH THE OUTCRIES OF A MOTHER HALEY WINTER PLEADING FOR HELP FOR HER DAUGHTER ISLAWe studied hundreds of conversations, emails, videos, group chats, personal testimony of HALEY WINTER. We started at square one with photographs of Isla Horvath taken by her mother Haley Winter showing deep and large bruises on her torso her legs her upper back and her lower abdomen. One photo also showed bruising in Isla's neck area. Photos of IslaÕs damaged genitalia provided by her biological mother Haley Winter, who stated that the bruising was done to the child by Byron Horvath based on the statements made to Haley by Isla herself. Isla is on video (here on this website) describing some of the abuse to her aunt Elise Winter who recorded the conversations. 

There are a number of documented statements made by Isla's biological mother Haley Winter that she was in fear for her daughter and her own safety, and repeatedly saying that her daughter was being sexually abused by Byron Horvath. Saying Isla was being PHYSICALLY abused. Elise Winter and Donna Winter, the Aunt and Grandma to Isla Horvath reported Byron Horavth and Stefanie Vogt to Child Protective Services for locking Isla in a room alone when Isla confessed to Donna and Elise that she was forced to pee on her bedroom floor many times and would clean it up herself because she was terrified of what would happen if Byron and Stefanie found out. In one documented message, Haley Winter described the disclosure Isla made to Donna Winter as saying that she went looking for Byron and Stefanie and was scared because she thought she was all alone in the house. She eventually found Byron and Stefanie outside smoking and drinking wine. 

During that 3 year period Haley Winter leaned heavily on a community of women for financial support, many donated money directly to Haley, others bought products from her skincare line Pretty Nourished and also her bath and body products from her Kailea Hanui Skincare to support her, and others organized a Gofund me fundraisers totalling in tens of thousands of dollars for her legal expenses to fight her custody battle with Byron Horvath, support her emotionally and help her out of what she described as a living hell.

HALEYS ATTEMPTED ESCAPEHaley attempted to take her daughter to Jacksonville Florida to a compound of multiple houses owned by Amanda Dawn Martin and Drew Brady. The compound was a place where multiple women moved into at Amanda's urging. Amanda collected $200,000 from Michelle Wellbrock to help fund the house and brought her nanny Riley Lawson along with her. They lived together in the same house with Amanda's husband Drew Brady of Brady Wealth Strategies of Regina who was the only male in the home other than a teenage boy and Amanda Brady's own two sons Foster and Abel. Amandas daughters also lived in the home and Amanda was in the midst of her own custody battle with the biological father of London and Ellis, Wade Martin and his girlfriend Paula Haygarth.

Haley wanted to move to Florida into Amandas house and was also supposed to give Amanda and Drew Brady $200,000. That never happened because Haley was caught at the Canadian border and her passport was confiscated. 

THE TAKING OF THE CHILDAfter that incident Byron and Stefanie Horvath took Isla into full custody after taking Haley to family court. What is very interesting and must be notated is that Haley Winters own mother Donna Winter and Haley Winters sister Elise Winter had reported Byron Horvath for child sexual abuse multiple times. Byron had barely spent any time with Isla before this incident, and had no interest in parenting favouring instead to go partying and 

Haley presented photographic evidence showing that Isla was always returning from Byron and Stefanie Horvath's home with an extreme red and raw vagina. She disclosed that Byron was a heavy drinker and a cocaine addict who also sold cocaine with his friend Cameron Irwin from Moosejaw ironically the husband of Elise Winter and father of her child, through a trucking company called Rockport Carriers. 

BRIAN WINTER Haley Winter said she recognized the signs of sexual abuse because her Biological Father Brian Winter was a pedophile who raped her as a child repeatedly and made her perform oral sex on him at a carwash that he owned. He would then give her candy that her mother Donna Winter did not let her eat and warned her not to tell her mother. Haley said she liked getting the candy so she kept quiet about the abuse. She never told her mother but she believes her mother knew because Haley was the only one  of the Winter kids that was not beat by Brian Winter. She was the special one. Amanda Brady stated that the Winter carwash was a money laundering front. Haleys cousin Jamisen reported that she was terrified of Brian Winter growing up because he was violent and beat Elise Winter. She describes Brian Winter grabbing Elise Winter out of her bed when she was 15 and throwing her down the hallway and beating her while Donna Winter looked on and did nothing to protect her daughter.

BYRON HORVATH AND THE ABUSE OF ISLA ACCORDING TO HALEYHaley said on many separate messages emails and texts that Isla was getting recurring yeast infections and urinary tract infections which she disclosed to her friends and community group, as well as to her therapist Kaia Aline. Haley was reporting Isla repeatedly talking about seeing her father Byron Horvath's penis. Haley was reporting that Isla was showing very strange and unsettling behaviours including playing with headless naked figurines at Byron and Stefanies house, kicking Haley in the vagina, talking often about sexual topics that were beyond her age awareness including topics like anal sex, all of which Haley recognized as signs of abuse from her own childhood. 

THE BACKGROUND AND HISTORY
According to Haley and others, Byron fell madly in love with Haley within weeks of dating her. At that same time, Stefanie had an unhealthy obsession with Byron. Stalking him and trying to find out everything she could about the woman he was in love with. When Byron proposed to Haley Stefanie went into a dark depression and went on anti-depressant medications which she is still on currently according to Haley. 

Stefanie Vogts mother announced at Stefanie and Byrons wedding that Stefanie told her about Byron when she first met him. He wasn't interested in Stefanie. She was dark haired and significantly overweight with an unsightly nose. When Haley left Byron and filed for divorce, Stefanie realized it was an opportunity to make her moves. But Byron still pined after Haley. He was tracking her, stalking her, questioning her when she began dating a man named Sterling. 

He even wrote in a text to his love that he didn't care at all about whether or not he saw Isla, but he did care that Haley had a new man in the house. He was enraged with jealousy and threatened Haley. Eventually when Byron agreed to date Stefanie he made her die her hair blond and try to appear as close to his true love Haley as possible. Stefanie went ahead got surgery done on her face to slim her nose and to reduce the fat around her mid section. She died her black hair blond. She did what she could to appear as close to Byron's liking as possible.

Stefanies chameleon like changes did not work because according to many different sources Byron continued to seek out other women to have sex with.

BYRON AND THE STALKING OF MANY WOMEN WHO GOT IN HIS WAY
Byron was not only a predator to children according to Haley but he also stalked other women. He stalked Haley's friend Lisa because Lisa was telling people in the small town they lived in that Byron was a coke addict. Byron was furious because he wanted to keep it quiet. He threatened to ruin Lisa's life if she didn't keep her mouth shut. Years later Byron stalked Haley's supervisor that she was required to have from the family court after she attempted to flee with her daughter for safety. Byron stalked Amanda Brady in Florida and she was able to secure an injunction from the Florida courts. 

Haley shared that Byron was enraged when she divorced him. She shared that she divorced him due to his violent cocaine rages and she feared for her safety and Isla Horvath's. He destroyed property in their home and items belonging to Haley. He grabbed and smashed an essential oil diffuser while in a coke rage while Isla was in Haleys arms. His temper and rage was out of control with his drug use and his parents kept bailing him out of trouble every time the police were called. Haley said it was no use calling the police because Dave Horvath paid everyone off to keep the dirty Horvath secrets hidden.

Evidence was uncovered in the divorce group chat. The therapist Kaia Aline mentioned many times that she was in fear for Isla's life and strongly encouraged Haley to leave Canada and take her child to get as far away from the abuse as possible. Dr. Aline warned Haley that there was a high likelihood that Isla was being trafficked and that her life was in danger. Dr. Aline had extensive experience in trafficking and had created safety plans for many women to help them escape. It was reported that Haley did attempt to escape but never made it across the border.

But the story gets more ominous.

THE DRUG FACILITATED SEXUAL ASSAULTS BEGIN WITH DAVE HORVATHThere are multiple accounts of women alleging that Byron Horvath assaulted them while they were drugged and given sedatives at parties where there was gambling, hookers, alcohol and drugs. Some of these women shared that they are coming together and are reporting Byron for sexual assaults.

There are accounts that Stefanie Horvath herself is being drugged while other men enter their house and sexually assault her. Stefanie as of right now hasn't contacted any of us with whether she knows of these events or not. She drinks heavily this much we have read about. We have also learned from Haley Winter that Stefanie commonly drinks large quantities of wine and also uses drugs, but if she is completely blacking out during drug facilitated assaults she wouldn't have any memory of assaults.

THE SEXUAL PERVERSIONStefanie Vogt moved into the house that was the house Haley and Isla had once lived in with Byron. When Stefanie moved in, the first thing she did was isolate Isla and move her to the basement. Haley stated that Stefanies rage level jealousy was being taken out on the child. Haley also said that Stefanie slept in the same bed that Haley slept in and never even bought a new mattress. The same mattress and bed that Haley and Byron had sex in frequently is now the bed that Stefanie sleeps in with Byron. Haley shared that a former close friend of Stefanies admitted that Byron only has sex with Stefanie when they are both drunk because he can't stand her. That Stefanie is embarrassed and all of her friends know she is desperate to make Byron love her by not reporting him for child abuse. Her hatred for Haley comes from Haley being friends with all the pretty popular girls and Stefanies friends are a group of outsider women, including Shannon Glass who was also an overweight softball player who continuously sent mean girl emails and DM's to Haley filled with hate rage and jealousy. Shannon Glas stalked Haley because Haley shared terrifying photos of Shannon with her dead grandfather who had been accused of raping a First Nations women and the evidence was buried. Haley disclosed this information and Shannon went into a spiral about it because the family was trying to keep it secret which seems to be a very common way to deal with violence abuse rape and pedophilia in this town. 

DISCUSSING THE MOTIVES, WHY WOULD THE STEPMOTHER STEFANIE VOGT HELP BYRON ABUSE ISLA AND COVER IT UP. THAT'S WHERE WE GET INTO THE WEIRD SEXUAL OBSESSON STEFANIE HAD WITH HALEYIts known that Haley is beautiful and Stefanie was never praised for her looks. She struggled deeply as an overweight softball player who never had luck with the boys growing up. She was always desperate to get a man. Her own mother shared that at the wedding to Byron in a speech on the wedding video saying that Stefanie waited 14 years for Byron to finally come around to settling for her.

THE CHARISSA CALIBABA BYRON HORVATH AFFAIR

Carmen Prefontaine and Amanda Brady both disclosed that Byron had been sleeping with Charissa Calibaba for a long time, before he married Stefanie and continuing in their marriage. Another woman named Nicole Spirito and another woman Teagan said everyone in the town knows Byron was having sex with Charissa. We don't care so much about this because they are both adults and everyone who we spoke to has said it is mutual. But more disturbing are allegations that Byron is involved in the DFSA.

INCEST IN THE HORVATH FAMILYHaley shared that Byron was molested not by his father Dave, but by his mother. She said Dave is a violent man who ran the house with an iron fist whenever Haley was around, he yelled at Sandra and yelled orders at her to be his slave. Any time Sandra didn't do what Dave wanted he would get up and do it himself and then say what a bitch and horrible wife she was in front of Byron. Byron told Haley that his mom had molested him when he was still a baby and that Dave found out and took it out on Sandra by beating her rather than turning her in to the police. He didn't want anyone in the town to know.

Sandra left Dave as a result and ended up in an affair with a man named Terry Fazakas who got Sandra pregnant. He didn't want her or the child so Sandra begged Dave to take her back and she promised not to molest Byron anymore. She was 6 months pregnant with Byron's half sister Holly. The story gets even more twisted when Holly's baby was born with severe genetic defect that caused his entire insides to be on the outside of his body. Haley shared that after genetic testing it was the result of Horvath family incest. We don't know if Byron is the father of Holly's baby or Dave Horvath. 

But we do know that Dave pays people off to remain silent, and threatens them. Everyone in Raymore is terrified of him because he uses his money to silence people and much like Jeffrey Epstein, Dave Horvath has dirt on almost everyone in that town. Many of them who are involved in the sex trafficking of children and the Drug Facilitated Sexual Assault. There are also credible reports that there was sex trafficking of some First Nations children along with their disappearance. All roads seem to be pointing to Dave Horvath.

Fast forward to Haley on her wedding day to Byron and Sandra wore Haleys wedding shoes and clothes throughout the day. She wanted to be Byrons bride according to Haley. Byron is 6 foot 2 and Dave is a very short man with little man napoleon syndrome according to Haley, and after the early molestation of Byron by Sandra Horvath which is what Haley believes led to Byron's molesting of Isla, Sandras fantasy was to marry Byron. She was always very cold to Haley and was very uncomfortable that Haley was breastfeeding Isla. Byrons whole family became overly obsessed with little Isla as an infant and Byrons half sister Holly was posting photos of Isla all over social media even after Haley telling her not to. Holly was using Isla as a publicity stunt for her Instagram account. She then did the same thing publicizing her own sons congenital defects and stint in NICU and wrote multiple blogs about him to get attention.

Haley also shared that she walked in one time on Sandra wearing nothing while Byron was in the bathroom adjacent. She looked disoriented according to Haley so Haley wasn't sure if this was a case of Sandra being drugged or if she took drugs herself.

This explains why there are so many stories and reports of Byron Horvath not being the father of Stefanie Horvath's two children and as far as we know there has been no paternity test. The storyline goes much much deeper as the behaviours being shared by victims ties into a much bigger issue with the Horvath family. 

Haley experienced Dave Horvaths violence herself when pregnant with Isla. She said Dave is a little man who always overcompensated for his stunted height with displays of huge farm equipment that he would display in visible places. Haley said he drove at a dangerously high speed on a very bumpy dirt road deliberately when she was pregnant with Isla. She said she always felt creeped out by him and that Dave bought her lingerie as a gift and asked her not to tell anyone. She didn't. She said she was too afraid of what Byron might do and she was pregnant so she was worried about her baby. She said Dave never spent time with anyone and was "just an all around vile man". Haley said there was always a feeling of fear and terror in the Horvath home similar to what she experienced in her own home with Brian Winter. Haley shared many of her own childhood stories below of living with violence at the hands of Brian Winter a man who violently beat her brothers and her sister Elise Winter. He beat their mother in front of her. She was no stranger to domestic abuses. What she witnessed at the Horvath family farm was not much different to what she experienced in her own home growing up.

Sadly Isla was born with a serious life threatening genetic heart defect and had multiple heart surgeries in the first few years of her life. 

Haleys attempts to protect Isla failed and she was forced into signing an agreement of silence with Byron and Dave Horvath because she was threatened to never see her daughter again. The Horvath family kept Isla from Haley for over 2 years and Haley. Byron and Stefanie continued to bring Isla to Brian Winters house where Isla sleeps in the actual bed with her grandfather Brian Winter regardless of Haleys begging to keep Isla away from her pedophile father. The fate of Isla is not a good one. 

But what else will be reveled from these reports of child trafficking, drug trafficking, and Drug Facilitated Sexual assault we donÕt yet know the full scope of what is going on. But we will.

Isla Horvath, a little 7 year old girl who disclosed to her mother Haley Winter and her aunt Elise Winter, that she was being abused by her father Byron Horvath (see videos below where you can hear Isla directly describe the abuse).

Haley is rarely ever able to see her daughter, and is the subject of an abusive gag order when Byron Horvath and his wife, Stefanie Vogt, petitioned the court to silence Haley from making disclosures about the abuse her daughter shared with her at the hands of Byron. Abuse that was disclosed to Elise Winter (Haley's sister) as you will hear in the videos below. Haley is now only allowed to see her beautiful daughter on supervised visits despite the FACT that it is Byron who has been REPEATEDLY reported to CPS by Haley, Elise and others.

This little girl's plea for help is being ignored by the courts in Saskatchewan. Not only that, but she is repeatedly being sent to her grandfather, Brian Winter, whom Haley Winter shares (see below) her personal experiences of abuse at the hands of Brian Winter.

Haley Winter begins disclosing her own childhood with her father Brian Winter. Prior to her disclosure, her parents and sister reported Byron Horvath to CPS for child abuse. After Haley's disclosure, they turned on her.

After witnessing the abusive attacks on Haley to try and stop her from disclosing that her father Brian Winter sexually molested her as a child, this website was birthed in order to expose Post Separation abuse, Family Abuse, Narcissistic Abuse, Psychological, Emotional, Financial and Sexual Abuse.

SHORTLY AFTER HALEY BEGAN DISCLOSING HER CHILDHOOD SEXUAL ABUSE, A SMEAR CAMPAIGN WAS STARTED BY HER FATHER TO SLANDER HALEY. HER FAMILY ALSO JOINED FORCES WITH BYRON HORVATH, AND ACCORDING TO HALEY, THEY THREATENED HER THAT THEY WOULD TAKE HER DAUGHTER AWAY FROM HER, JOINING FORCES WITH THE MAN THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY REPORTED TO CPS FOR ABUSE.

Brian Winter - Winter Cult Leader

Brian is the "father" of Haley Winter. He has threated to take her daughter away if she continue to heal her emotional spiritual and physical wellbeing. Brian has a son who left the family years ago and cut them off. He has never returned.

It is the intentional and systematic dissemination of deceptive information designed to undermine, discredit, and further isolate you.

The narcissist paints you in a misleading and toxic light using strategies including but not limited to exaggeration, instigation of rumours, slander, and lies.

To get you where it really hurts, they target any person available to them who matters to you. No one and nothing is off limits to the narcissist.

This encompasses your family members, all friends both mutual and non-mutual, employer and/or co-workers, and members of communities to which you belong (e.g.: church, volunteering organizations, sporting teams etc.)." 

Below are video recordings of Isla, THE LITTLE GIRL AT THE CENTER OF THE CUSTODY DISPUTE BETWEEN BYRON HORVATH AND HALEY WINTER. THESE ARE RECORDINGS WHERE HALEY IN HER OWN VOICE IS SPEAKING TO HER AUNT ELISE WINTER AND HER MOM HALEY WINTER ABOUT BEING:

Grabbed and put into a forced hold by her father Byron Horvath where she went into a panic attack and he would not stop. She said his wife Stefanie told him to stop three times and he still did not stop.

You will also hear in Isla's voice that:

She has been HIT by Byron. Elise is asking where he hit her and Isla responds "WHERE HE ALWAYS DOES." There are photographs of bruises on Isla's body that are in the hands of authorities. There are also photographs of red agitated genitals on Isla that were given to authorities by Isla's mother.

Isla who was kept away from her loving protective mom FOR TWO YEARS, because she was supposedly "dangerous" (after being Isla's primary caregiver since she was born. In December of 2023 Byron Horvath SUDDENLY make a settlement offer on the eve of trial (literally) when he found out that the witness he had hoped to help him, Elise Winter, REFUSED to testify. It was then that Byron offered to give Haley 50/50 custody (she was suddenly safe?) IF the disclosures about him and Stefanie Horvath on this Exposing Family Abuse website were taken down. This photo is Isla "secretly" trying to communicate with her mom on Facetime so Byron doesn't hear.

Elise believed these reports of abuse were truthful which is why she herself called CPS. Byron Horvath attempted to get Elise Winter to testify against her own sister in a custody hearing. She refused. See HERE.
